The role requires adherence to safety policies, crisis intervention, and collaboration with families and staff to maintain a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Criminal History Background Check and screenings required.
• Experience with Positive Behavioral Supports preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement members' therapeutic objectives based on their DHSP and document progress.
• Support members in developing self-care, communication, and daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care tasks and safe transfers.
• Facilitate community inclusion activities aligned with goals.
• Apply Positive Behavioral Supports to promote appropriate behaviors.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
