Hope-Haven-Inc. in Sibley, IA seeks a My Day Lead to guide Day Habilitation staff, plan daily activities, and foster a compassionate, person-centered learning environment for clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, documenting compliance, and supporting staff while promoting community integration; requires high school diploma and background checks. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to use computers and basic software for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate calendar planning meetings.
• Lead daily activities of the Day Habilitation program and support staff.
• Arrange transportation for Day activities.
• Support community integration experiences.
• Document compliance with Medicaid waiver regulations.
• Ensure safety procedures and emergency drills are followed.
