Springbrook supervises the Day Habilitation staff, providing training and coaching to ensure compliant operation of the Day Habilitation program. You will oversee staff performance, document progress, and foster a collaborative, person-centered team environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining program schedules, ensuring safety, coordinating transportation, and supporting individual plans and goals with colleagues across departments.

Formación

• College degree preferred; may use education/experience to meet requirements.
• Three years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule required; ability to work varied shifts.
• Proficient verbal and written communication; professional interactions.
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Outlook/Word; ability to learn more software.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Shared Day Habilitation Assistants, mentor and train staff.
• Conduct 1:1 supervision monthly; document progress in Day Force.
• Model positive leadership and foster team dynamics.
• Assist in developing staff action and behavior plans.
• Maintain inventory and manage daily program schedule and records.
• Monitor activities, safeguard documentation, and transportation.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance and safety.
• Complete required trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
