AHRC Nassau in Village of Freeport, NY seeks a supervisory professional to oversee the Community Hubsite Program. You will supervise Site Managers, ensure regulatory compliance (OPWDD, HCBS), and coordinate staffing and services for individuals in the hubsite network.

The role requires a BA/BS in Human Services, NYS driver’s license, 3+ years working with the developmentally disabled, and supervisory experience. Orientation includes AMAP, SCIP, and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Human Services or related field.
• Valid and qualified NYS Driver’s license.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with developmentally disabled.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Site Managers with weekly visits to hubsites.
• Ensures regulatory and fiscal documentation complies with OPWDD and HCBS Waiver.
• Oversees staff selection for hubsite vacancies.
• Provides supportive supervision and addresses performance issues.
• Maintains COMPASS standards through hubsite practices.
• Provides training to Site Managers and hubsite staff.
• Supports people receiving services during programming hours.
• Coordinates with clinical teams, families, and providers for ISP planning.
• Reviews payroll information and staff attendance logs.
• Participates in ISP and I-Team meetings.
• Ensures staffing coverage and scheduling for the hubsite program.
• Maintains ongoing communication with residences or providers.
