Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an Day Hab Program Activity Assistant (Instructor) to support daily activities and the implementation of clinical programs. You will assist with Self Help, Sensorimotor, Communication, Social Development, and Independent living skills, while aiding in case management and interdisciplinary reviews.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, maintaining plans, and promoting participation and community integration for persons served, with a focus on PBS and safety care.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience or training.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing clinical and daily plans for persons served.
• Provide instruction and skill building in self-help, sensorimotor, communication and social development areas.
• Assist in case management and input for interdisciplinary reviews.
• Maintain documentation and data collection per guidelines.
• Support community integration and advocacy for persons served.
