Job summary

Community Hospital of San Bernardino seeks a Pre & Post Surgery RN to be a central member of the patient care team. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality perioperative care and collaborate with the surgical team to implement individualized care plans throughout the patient’s surgical journey.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced surgical setting. Shifts are days/evenings with weekend GI lab call.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in California.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide high-acuity perioperative care and documentation.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain clear, professional communication during surgical care.
• Adapt to schedule flexibility to support surgical throughput.
