Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE (Louisville/Jefferson County) seeks a Day Center Supervisor to manage daily operations, coordinate activities, and supervise staff under the Center Manager. This role ensures CMS regulation compliance and delivers safe, quality care for adults 55+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a geriatric health setting.
• Preferred, licensed CNA in Kentucky.
• Proficiency with various business software, preferably Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
• Ability to foster collaborative working relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and group facilitation skills and ability to manage multiple teams.
• Ability to supervise, direct, coach, and develop direct reports and larger team.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team and flourish in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Center Manager, manages the daily operations of the Senior CommUnity Care Adult Day Health Center.
• Plan, coordinate and implement activities and supervise Day Center Workers.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and CMS certification requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for participants and staff.
• Foster teamwork and ensure quality assurance across the Center.
