Job summary

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Day Camp Site Lead in Marietta, GA for a part-time role assisting the Youth Development Director. You will supervise counselors, manage rosters, communicate with parents, and help implement structured programs for school-age children in a safe, engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day camp activities, ensuring CPR/First Aid certifications are up-to-date, and maintaining program standards while promoting a positive camp

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, in progress or completed, or GED.
• 2+ years of experience working with school-age children in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, organize, and implement a structured camp program for school-age children.
• Maintain program standards and staff guidance in day camp operations.
• Coordinate drop-off/pick-up protocols and ensure supplies for camp activities.
