Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to support the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program, with a dedicated focus on Florida-based events. You will manage end-to-end Day 1 activities, from pre-event prep to on-site execution and teardown, while collaborating with IT, Facilities, and HR teams to ensure a seamless experience for every new hire.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in onboarding or event coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding/new hire orientation programs, event coordination, HR operations, or administrative roles.
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, or HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute Day 1 room setup and teardown for all orientation sessions.
• Build swag bags and maintain swag inventory levels.
• Print and organize employee handbooks and orientation materials.
• Place and coordinate lunch orders for orientation sessions.
• Coordinate and distribute host communications with links and considerations.
• Provide real-time coordination with IT, Facilities, and site admins/leads.
