Job summary

Staffmark Group in Edwardsville, KS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee inbound/outbound shipments, and manage a team to ensure safety, accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and strong computer skills with WMS and shipping software. The schedule is 4 AM to 12 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Ability to read, interpret, and maintain operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in deliveries.
• Review deliveries for accuracy and readiness for distribution.
• Assist with scanning, loading, staging as needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and status.
• Resolve discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
• Monitor next-day schedules and staffing.
• Maintain records and support process improvements.
