Job summary

Atterro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Edwardsville, KS to manage daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure safe, accurate shipping and receiving. Direct-hire opportunity with a 4 AM–12 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, occasional weekends.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory warehouse experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with WMS, shipping software, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Strong computer skills, with experience in warehouse management systems, shipping software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound shipments, staging, delivery preparation, and employee productivity.
• Lead and support warehouse staff while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency standards are met.
• Review and verify deliveries to ensure orders are accurate and ready for distribution.
• Assist with scanning, unloading, staging, and organizing packages for delivery when needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, service issues, and shipment status updates.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, operational challenges, and employee concerns promptly.
• Review next-day delivery schedules and staffing requirements to ensure readiness.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements.
