Job summary

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, maintaining equipment, and generating productivity reports. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of WMS, forklift operation, and a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree candidates require 2 years frontline operations experience plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Without a degree: 4+ years progressive warehouse experience including 3 years frontline operations and 1 year supervisory.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); ability to safely operate forklift and other heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work and safety of team members in order selection, receiving, replenishment, loading, and all warehouse functions.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures; ensure team has equipment and documentation to complete shifts.
• Foster a safety- and quality-driven environment and support a Stop Work mindset for safety/quality concerns.
• Generate productivity reports and track labor hours; manage within budget and strive for Dawn objectives.
• Handle customer billing and related warehouse reporting; use data to improve receiving, storing, and distributing processes.
• Monitor receiving, storing, and distribution metrics to align with Dawn performance standards.
• Plan and implement warehouse safety, quality, and security programs in partnership with site leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, logistics, engineering, food science, or a related field
