Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking an AM Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for its Delray Beach, FL location. This full-time, onsite role supports the shipping and receiving teams, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper labeling, palletization, and adherence to GMP and USDA standards.

Candidate should have warehouse experience, forklift knowledge, familiarity with FAMOUS and RIMS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; GED preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations; forklift and computer systems preferred.
• Experience with produce distribution software systems preferred.
• Good communication skills and basic math.
• Spanish language knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate order fulfillment using FAMOUS & RIMS.
• Know product sizes, variations, and palletization.
• Verify labeling, pallet counts, and FIFO compliance.
• Assign work to forklift drivers and manage loading.
• Collaborate with client services, supply, and operations.
• Maintain clean, organized office and comply with GMP/USDA/DOL.
