Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking an Early Morning Stocker for a part-time shift at our Sugar Land, TX store. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and help keep the store well stocked and welcoming.

You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, execute planograms, and participate in in-store processes such as BOPIS and SFS while upholding safety and SOPs. Evening and weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate items.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with standard cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain planograms (POGs) and store recovery.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and SISO/AD sets.
• Participate in shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and policies.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
