Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking dedicated and reliable AM Crew Members to help open our store. If you’re an early riser, you’ll join a fast-paced, friendly team and start shifts as early as 4:00 AM for a 5:00 AM opening.

You’ll greet guests, prepare food and beverages, maintain a clean store, and support closing duties as needed. Paid training and growth opportunities are provided; weekends and holidays may be required. Hourly pay ranges from $12.00 to $15.00, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM)
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
