Dunkin’ is seeking an AM Crew Member to help us open the store early and start the day with energy. You will greet guests, prepare and package food and beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

This role requires reliability and flexibility to work early shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed. Paid training and a strong team culture support your growth and development within Dunkin’.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM).
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
