The Maxx Fitness Clubzz is seeking a dedicated front desk associate in Maumee, OH to greet members, manage sign-ups, tours, and member questions. You will open the club on time and support daily operations with enthusiastic, professional service.

Responsibilities include phone support, member check-ins, tours, handling payments, and updating member accounts while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Opening the club on time daily.
• Arriving at 4:45a.m. to walk through the club and Open at 5:00a.m. and work until 11:00am
• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service by saying hello and goodbye to each member.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: Answer phones in an upbeat friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check in all members into the system.
• New member sign-up.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Count money in register
• Learn and understand our computer operating system
• Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or General Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
