Job summary

Maxx Fitness Clubzz is looking for a committed, friendly, upbeat individual to join our fitness team and help deliver excellent customer service at the front desk. You will interact with members by phone and in person to provide information about memberships and services, resolve basic issues, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include processing forms, coordinating updates, and supporting inquiries while promoting memberships and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Conversant in Spanish preferred.
• Certified Fitness Trainers or Instructors preferred.
• Open Availability To Work 20-40 hours each week.

Responsibilities

• Provide the first positive impression of the Maxx Fitness facility.
• Interact with customers by telephone and in person to provide information about memberships and services.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Complete membership forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using check-in computers.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries.
• Maintain a clean facility.
• Create rapport with customers that may lead to sales of new memberships or additional services or products.
