The Maxx Fitness Clubzz is looking for a Morning Opener in Quakertown, PA. This role is centered around creating a positive member experience through outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include opening the club, greeting members, and managing front desk activities.

Qualifying candidates will have a passion for fitness, customer service skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation is necessary as the shift starts at 4:00 a.m. The position also requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights of up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary

The Morning Opener will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Opening the club on time daily.
• Arriving at 3:50 a.m. to walk through the club and open at 4:00 a.m. and work until 11:00 a.m.
• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service by saying hello and goodbye to each member.
• Handle all front desk related activities including:
• Answer phones in an upbeat friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check in all members into the system.
• New member sign-up.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Count money in the register.
• Learn and understand our computer operating system.
• Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or General Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Functions

• Must have reliable transportation to be at facility Monday-Friday.
• Ability to work in a group or team setting.
• Face To Face Retail Customer Service experience preferred.
• The ability to stand / work on your feet.
• The ability to be energetic and outgoing at all times.
• The ability to handle weights of up to 50 lbs.
