GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Overnight Baker/Finisher for a Dunkin' Donuts location in Hampton, Tennessee. If you’re a night owl who loves baking, you’ll be the nocturnal backbone transforming ingredients into fresh pastries for the morning rush.

You’ll bake donuts and pastries, glaze and decorate, uphold quality, manage night-time inventory, and keep the kitchen clean while following health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Basic math skills for recipe accuracy and inventory.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment safely during night shift.

Responsibilities

• Overnight bake of donuts, bagels and other treats, ensuring freshness for morning rush.
• Glaze, fill and decorate products to highlight morning offerings.
• Uphold Dunkin' Donuts quality standards and safety.
• Night inventory management and supplies control.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary baking area and equipment.
• Support occasional cross-trained duties as needed.
