Qualifications

Responsibilities

Review contracts for alignment with federal requirements.
Conduct on-site labor interviews to verify job classifications.
Investigate wage discrepancies and maintain audit records.
Prepare compliance summaries and reports.
Analyze wage determinations and ensure correct rates are applied.
Skills
Understanding of project cost control processes
Deep understanding of Davis-Bacon Act compliance
