Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction or labor compliance.
• Experience with wage compliance on federally funded construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project accounting.
• Monitor compliance with federal labor standards across active projects.
• Review contracts for alignment with federal requirements.
• Conduct on-site labor interviews to verify job classifications.
• Investigate wage discrepancies and maintain audit records.
• Prepare compliance summaries and reports.
• Analyze wage determinations and ensure correct rates are applied.

Skills

Understanding of project cost control processes

Deep understanding of Davis-Bacon Act compliance

Experience managing wage compliance on large-scale projects

Analytical skills

Effective communication with contractors and agencies

Familiarity with SAM.gov and certified payroll systems

Experience with CWHSSA and FLSA

Proficiency in Excel
