Job summary

Imperial is seeking a Route Manager in the Quad Cities area to help manage and guide our operations in Davenport, IA. The Route Manager is responsible for cultivating relationships with customers, managing the daily route process and meeting customer needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily schedules, analyzing business needs, aligning account strategies to client goals, coaching and developing Route Associates, and maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all tasks; travel to customer

Qualifications

• Proven relationship builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening, time management, and communication skills.
• Management background.
• Detail oriented.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to manage time and deadlines.
• Vending knowledge or similar industry knowledge a plus.
• Current Valid Driver's License and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily route schedules, customers and Route Associates.
• Access and identify business needs and conduct customer analysis to determine customer requirements, determine the impact of products/services on customer, and identify which products, services and features to promote to current customers.
• Understand the customers business and align account strategies to customer goals.
• Accountability for individual success within a team environment.
• Innate ability to seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive.
• Detail Oriented.
• Organized.
• Ability to manage time and deadlines.
