Job summary

Imperial is seeking a Route Manager for our Quad Cities location to manage daily route schedules, customers, and Route Associates. You will access business needs, conduct customer analysis, and promote products and services aligned to customer goals.

You will cultivate relationships with clients, coach and train team members, and handle time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced vending environment. Travel daily to customer sites with a company vehicle.
