Job summary

Imperial-Vending- seeks a service technician to expertly maintain and repair vending machines across client sites in the Davenport, IA area. You will respond to calls, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure client satisfaction through reliable, world-class service.

Candidate should have mechanical and/or electrical experience; training will be provided. Positions require travel to client locations and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical background, either from previous work experience or formal training.
• Willingness to work in non-climate controlled shop environment.
• Willingness to travel to client locations to service equipment and installs.
• Integrity, innovation, responsibility, growth orientation, detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and perform maintenance on vending equipment.
• Setup of various vending equipment and preventative maintenance.
• Provide World Class Service to improve client relations.
• Work on-call rotation including weekends, nights, and early mornings.
• Drive company vehicle in all weather conditions; load/unload equipment over 100 pounds.
• Utilize hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, and lift gates as needed.
