Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness, located in Dauphin County, is looking for a Functional Family Therapist to provide behavioral health services. The role is full-time with responsibilities including conducting clinical interviews and developing treatment plans. Full‑time. Dauphin County. Pay starts at $19.38 per hour and increases with prior experience.

Job Duties

• Develop person‑centered treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical interviews.
• Use program‑related and research‑based treatment approaches.
• See clients throughout Cumberland, Dauphin, and Lancaster counties, possibly further abroad.
• Mandatory weekly in‑person clinical supervision during the day.
• Case load for part time is a minimum of 6 clients, for full time is 13 clients.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred; if you have a Master's in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related mental health field, no experience is required.
• Accepting Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related mental health field and must have a minimum of two years of mental health‑related job or internship experience.
• Experience working across a variety of settings, including home and school, is preferred.
• The position requires three clearances and one training: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Check, and Mandated Reporting training certificate.
• CASSP (or children's services) related area.
• Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
