TrueNorth Wellness Services is seeking a Functional Family Therapist for a full-time role based in Cumberland County, PA. The position involves delivering evidence-based behavioral health services in home and community settings, with daily travel across the county.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; if your Master’s is in psychology, counseling, social work or related field, no experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field with a minimum of two years of mental health-related experience.
• Experience across settings including home and school preferred.
• Requires three clearances (ChildLine, State Police, FBI) and Mandated Reporting training.

Responsibilities

• Develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical interviews.
• Use research-based treatment approaches.
• See clients throughout Cumberland, Dauphin and Lancaster counties (and possibly further).
• Mandatory weekly in-person clinical supervision during the day.
• Caseload: part-time minimum 6 clients; full-time 13 clients.

Our agency is 1 of 9 in thestate of Pennsylvania that provides this evidence-based program. All therapists will receive specializedtraining from FFT, LLC, and become certified in this program.

Job Duties:

• Develop person-centered treatmentplans.
• Conduct clinical interviews.
• Use program-related andresearch-based treatment approaches.
• see clients throughout Cumberland, Dauphin and Lancastercounties, possibly further abroad.
• Mandatory weekly in person clinical supervision during the day
• Case load for part time is a minimum of 6 clients, full time is 13 clients

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree is preferred; If you have your Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related mental health field, then no experience is required.
• Accepting Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field and must have a minimum of two years of mental health-related job or internship experience.
• Experience working across avariety of settings, including home and school is preferred
• The position requires threeclearances and one training: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA StatePolice Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Check, and Mandated Reporting trainingcertificate.
• CASSP (or children's services)related area.
• Being bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
