Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness is seeking a Full-Time Functional Family Therapist in York/Adams Counties. This position focuses on providing behavioral health services with an emphasis on evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting clinical interviews, and utilizing appropriate clinical skills. A Master's Degree is preferred, but a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is also considered. The role involves working closely with clients throughout the counties offered in a flexible environment that promotes healing and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree is preferred; experience is not required for candidates with this degree.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of experience is acceptable.
• Three clearances are required: ChildLine, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprint Check.

Functional Family Therapist

Full-Time

Hanover, PA

Pay starts at $19.38 per hour and increases with prior experience.

We Offer:

Our agency is 1 of 9 in the state of Pennsylvania that provides this evidence based program. All therapists will receive specialized training from FFT, LLC, and become certified in this program.

Job Duties:

• Utilize appropriate clinical skills.
• Develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical interviews.
• Use program-related and research-based treatment approaches.
• see clients throughout York and Adams counties, possibly further abroad.
• Mandatory weekly in person clinical supervision during the day.
• Case load for part time is a minimum of 6 clients, full time is 13 clients.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree is preferred; If you have your Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related mental health field, then no experience is required.
• Accepting Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field and must have a minimum of two years of mental health-related job or internship experience.
• Experience working across a variety of settings, including home and school is preferred.
• The position requires three clearances and one training: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Check, and Mandated Reporting training certificate.
• CASSP (or children's services) related area.
• Being bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
