Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services in Cumberland County seeks a dedicated Functional Family Therapist to join our in-home program. This full-time role supports clients across Cumberland, Dauphin and Lancaster counties and requires commitment to evidence-based approaches.

The position offers a starting pay of $19.38 per hour with experience, plus 401K with company match, paid time off, employee assistance and flexible work schedules. Training and required clearances are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; if not, Bachelor's with 2 years of mental health-related experience.
• Clearances required: Pennsylvania ChildLine, PA State Police, FBI Fingerprint Check.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical interviews.
• Use evidence-based treatment approaches.
• See clients across Cumberland, Dauphin and Lancaster counties.
• Mandatory weekly in-person clinical supervision during the day.
• Caseload: part-time 6 clients, full-time 13 clients.

Our agency is 1 of 9 in thestate of Pennsylvania that provides this evidence-based program. All therapists will receive specializedtraining from FFT, LLC, and become certified in this program.

Job Duties:

• Develop person-centered treatmentplans.
• Conduct clinical interviews.
• Use program-related andresearch-based treatment approaches.
• see clients throughout Cumberland, Dauphin and Lancastercounties, possibly further abroad.
• Mandatory weekly in person clinical supervision during the day
• Case load for part time is a minimum of 6 clients, full time is 13 clients

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree is preferred; If you have your Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related mental health field, then no experience is required.
• Accepting Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field and must have a minimum of two years of mental health-related job or internship experience.
• Experience working across avariety of settings, including home and school is preferred
• The position requires threeclearances and one training: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA StatePolice Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Check, and Mandated Reporting trainingcertificate.
• CASSP (or children's services)related area.
• Being bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
