Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Datacenter Inventory & Material Handler responsible for inventory control, material movement, and server rack installation. You will manage inbound/outbound freight, perform quality checks, and maintain shipping records with accuracy and safety in mind.

The role requires hands-on experience with warehouse systems, equipment operation, and adherence to 5S standards. Flexibility to cross-train across departments is a plus in a fast-paced datacenter environment.

Qualifications

• Inventory control and cycle counting
• Safety and quality checks on parts and components
• Ability to install and configure server racks and cabling
• Experience with warehouse systems and shipping documents

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management.
• Oversee loading/unloading freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and verify part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using warehouse systems.
• Oversee installation of server racks and cabling per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate rack hardware, measuring tools, and material handling equipment.
• Maintain 5S standards and safety procedures; ensure punctuality and reliability.
