Jobtailor is seeking an inventory/logistics associate to manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and support server rack setup in a data center environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years in logistics or inventory, with proficiency in Excel and inventory systems. The role involves lifting, forklift/pallet jack use, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or inventory.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic office software.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read safety and procedural documents.
• Familiarity with lifting techniques and handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for received and shipped items.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging.
• Upload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Transport inventory using pallet jacks and other equipment per safety rules.
• Keep work areas and docks clean and organized.
• Comply with data center security measures.
• Collaborate with data center operations, procurement, and support teams.
• Support special projects as directed by management.
• Assist with setup and installation of server racks.
• Help assemble server racks following guidelines from seniors.
