Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Server Engineer to support build dashboards, debug server platforms, publish daily reports, and drive triage for failed units. The role requires lifting up to 30 kg and coordinating with CM Test Engineers and Nvidia.

Required are a BS or MS in EE/CE and 2+ years of relevant experience, plus Linux CLI knowledge, systems networking awareness, and strong communication. This position offers growth and full benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in EE/CE.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience. Datacentre/Server product experience is Must
• Familiarity with linux command line, running commands, reviewing output
• General understanding of system architecture and networking
• Ability to run pretest scripts and diags on test fixtures
• Ability to review logfiles and make initial triage decisions
• Ability to interface with multiple cross functional team members at Nvidia and its contract manufacturers
• Self-motivated individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks at a time
• Service spirit with strong communication skill and Logistic will be part of this Role

Responsibilities

• Reviewing build dashboards to analyze latest throughput, yields and failure paretos
• Debugging server platforms as per published guidelines. Performing minor rework, retesting and recovering units.
• Publishing clear daily status and build reports
• Analyzing failures and providing next step triage instructions on failed units
• Maintaining high test throughput during the off hours and resolving any roadblocks that slow progress
• Working with CM Test Engineers and operators to ensure factory assembly and test plans are adhered to

Education

BS or MS in EE/CE

2+ years of relevant industry experience

Familiarity with linux command line

System architecture & networking basics

Ability to run pretest scripts & diags

Interface with cross functional teams

Self-motivated with multi-tasking

Strong communication & logistics
