Job summary

Infosys in Spartanburg, SC is looking for a Data Center Operations Engineer with extensive experience to manage critical data center operations onsite.

This 12-month contract requires 8–10 years of relevant experience and hands-on skills in Linux, Oracle DB, shell scripting, networking, and monitoring tools. You will own incidents, communicate with stakeholders, and work with global teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Linux administration.
• Experience with Oracle databases, including performance analysis and SQL troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in Shell scripting and automation.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers).
• Monitoring & observability tools exposure.
