Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Project Manager to lead datacenter construction projects in North Dakota. The role emphasizes a strong MEP background and experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks, Accubid, and CS alloy.

You will oversee projects from conception to completion, manage schedules and costs, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards while meeting contractual terms. Relocation or travel stipend may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material management.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones; negotiate terms and obtain permits.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
