Vision Technologies is seeking a Lead Technician to manage all phases of Datacenter installation projects. You will own projects from initial engineering work packages through final delivery and documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time execution.

The role demands leadership, strong documentation, and the ability to travel as required. You will stay current with the latest installation procedures and coordinate team efforts to meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BICSI certifications preferred; knowledge of fiber terms and troubleshooting needed.
• Must be able to drive and pass background checks.
• Ability to lift items and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technician manages all phases of Datacenter installation projects.
• Owns project from work package receipt to completion and final documentation.
• Delivers projects with strong customer service and meets customer expectations.
• Keeps up with current technologies and installation procedures.
• Responsible for job layout and execution plan.
