Job summary

Vision Technologies in Richmond, VA is seeking a Lead Technician to manage all phases of datacenter installation projects under guidance from the Lead Technician, Supervisor, and Project Manager. You will translate engineering work packages into finished installations, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate documentation, and adherence to TIA/BICSI standards.

Travel may be required; a HS diploma and BICSI certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BICSI and industry certifications are preferred; knowledge of fiber terms and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technician manages all phases of datacenter installation projects end to end.
• Demonstrates leadership and delivers projects to customer expectations.
• Handles documentation and final project delivery.
• Travels as required and ensures quality installation per standards.
