Job summary

Vision Technologies is seeking a Lead Technician to manage all phases of datacenter installation projects, delivering outcomes that meet customer expectations. You will lead installation activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure quality workmanship.

The role requires travel, strong problem-solving, and meticulous documentation. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in related field, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BICSI certifications preferred; knowledge of fiber terms and troubleshooting needed.
• Ability to drive company vehicle.
• Background check and driver’s license check required.
• Ability to lift and climb stairs or ladders.
• Years of Experience: 3–5

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Datacenter installation projects from work package to project completion.
• Provide excellent customer service and deliver projects according to customer expectations.
• Coordinate with Lead Technician, Supervisor and Project Manager for project execution.
