Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join our Field Applications Engineering team in Austin, Texas, supporting strategic customers in AI, datacenter, server, networking, and HPC markets. You will develop practical expertise in power electronics and customer-facing engineering while working with experienced engineers on advanced power management solutions.

Qualifications
- Academic foundation in power electronics and analog circuit design.
- Exposure to control systems, embedded systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Austin area.
Responsibilities
- Support senior Field Applications Engineers across the product lifecycle.
- Validate and characterize power management solutions for AI/cloud/server networks.
- Perform hands-on lab testing including efficiency characterization, load transient testing, power sequencing validation.
- Develop technical reports and customer-facing presentations.
- Travel to customer sites periodically as needed.
