Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Data Center Associate Team Lead for the A shift (M-F 6am-2:30pm) in Lancaster, USA. You will manage material orders, inventory, and customer service, and assemble/install servers using hand and power tools.

The role requires 3–5 years in related work, safety focus, and strong analytical skills to meet production goals. Base pay is $27.00 hourly, with applicable benefits and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment.
• Process return shipments using warehouse systems.
• Place server racks with laser accuracy and install cabling.
• Install rack hardware and cable management.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per 5S standards.
• Push, pull and lift as part of daily tasks.
