Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster, USA is hiring for a Data Center Team Lead for the Dock (C shift, M-Th 8pm-6:30am). You will manage material orders, inventory, customer service, and coordinate server and electronic component installations using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers and quantities
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site
• Process return shipments of electronic components using warehouse systems
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using measuring tools with accuracy
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams
• Install rack hardware using hand, power and measuring tools
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers and pallet jacks
• Maintain clean and safe work area complying with 5s standards
• Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the workday
