Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years’ experience in inventory control or warehousing admin.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with customers on-site at the datacenter.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accuracy.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee rack placement on the datacenter floor with laser measurements.
• Install cabling and populate electronic components in server racks.
• Install rack hardware using hand and power tools.
• Operate material handling equipment (straddle stackers, pallet jacks).
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
• Provide cross-training and assist other departments as needed.
