Astreya is seeking a Network Operations I to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot datacenter network infrastructure on-site in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes hands-on work with rack and spine switches, accurate documentation, and coordinated vendor communication.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in Datacenter Ops or NOC roles, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with major vendors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Datacenter Ops or NOC roles.
• Strong troubleshooting for rack and spine switches.
• Familiar with network hardware and protocols.
• Experience processing documentation and RMA requests.
• Experience with Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Celestica, Nvidia.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot datacenter network infrastructure.
• Perform rack configuration tasks for optimal performance.
• Respond to network incidents and outages in a NOC.
• Process technical documentation and diagrams.
• Handle RMA requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operations.
• Maintain records of network assets, incidents, and vendor communications.
