Job summary

CampusWorks seeks a Network Administrator to provide front-line support for on-site datacenter equipment, networking infrastructure, and AV systems. You will install, maintain, and ensure operational stability of datacenter and network technologies while collaborating with remote teams to deliver reliable IT services.

The role reports to the Director of IT and evolves with the client’s technology portfolio, contributing to infrastructure and technology transformation initiatives within campus

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure and datacenter equipment.
• Configure and troubleshoot LANs, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Support wireless AP infrastructure and secure connectivity.
• Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents.
