Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Lab Capacity Reservations Coordinator to support NVIDIA’s System Products Team in Santa Clara, CA. This full-time W-2 contract role offers pay between $30/hr and $45/hr, with full benefits and PTO.

The role focuses on coordinating lab reservations, optimizing resources, and ensuring readiness of benches, racks, power, cooling, networking, and site logistics for engineers developing next-generation datacenter products.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification, Associate or Bachelor's Degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience coordinating diverse activities using shared resources.
• Ability to work concurrently with multiple groups and projects.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Understand lab user requirements and ensure accurate receipt.
• Match lab demand with reservations of suitable lab facilities.
• Confirm infrastructure needs and ensure equipment deployment on time.
• Maintain records on lab capacity usage and publish status notes.
• Collaborate with users to follow lab policies.
