Job summary

Sustainable Talent, in partnership with NVIDIA, seeks a Robotics Lab Technician to support lab operations in Santa Clara. The role focuses on building, deploying, and supporting hardware systems used by engineers, from bench-top platforms to server racks in data centers.

You will design and fabricate custom test fixtures and prototype components using CAD and 3D printing. This hands-on position offers exposure to cutting-edge robotics and AI lab environments within a leading tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience with bench-top hardware development and lab support.
• Ability to deploy and troubleshoot systems in a data center environment.
• Familiarity with mechanical rework and prototyping processes.

• Assemble, build, and install bench-top development platforms and large server systems in the bench lab and rack lab.
• Deploy systems and racks in the data center, connect power and network, and bring them up.
• Support parts replacement projects for small and large volume deployments.
• Prepare boards for detailed solder reworks to be completed by another lab.
• Connect oscilloscope probes to boards and collect signal waveform data.

We are looking for a Robotics Lab Technician to support our client’s lab operations team.This is a full-time (W-2) contract role based onsite in Santa Clara, CA.
