Job summary

Sustainable Talent is partnering with NVIDIA to recruit a Robotics Lab Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Santa Clara, CA. The position focuses on building, deploying, and supporting hardware systems used by engineers in a cutting-edge robotics and AI environment.

You will design and fabricate test fixtures and prototype components using CAD and 3D printing, helping shape the labs where next-generation robotics and data center products are developed.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying hardware systems in a lab setting.
• Familiarity with CAD and 3D printing for prototyping.
• Ability to assist with mechanical reworks and testing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, build, and install bench-top development platforms and server systems in lab environments.
• Deploy systems and racks in data centers, ensure power and network connections, and bring them online.
• Support parts replacement projects for both small and large deployments.
• Prepare boards for solder reworks as required by the team.
• Connect oscilloscope probes to boards and collect signal data.

We are looking for a Robotics Lab Technician to support our client’s lab operations team.This is a full-time (W-2) contract role based onsite in Santa Clara, CA. We offer competitive pay of $30/hr - $45/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc., and provide full benefits, PTO, and an amazing company culture!

In this role you will build, deploy, and support the hardware systems that engineers rely on every day, from bench-top development platforms to large server racks in the data center. You’ll also bring ideas to life by designing and fabricating custom test fixtures and prototype components with CAD and 3D printing.
