Job summary

Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. seeks an on-site Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, deliveries, and site logistics while working closely with the Project Manager to align with plans and company expectations. Datacenter builds are required, so experience in that sector is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, with proven supervision of field operations.
• Experience with warehouse or datacenter builds is required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction tools and software (Procore, Office365, Bluebeam, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor crews, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
• Manage workforce flow, site access, material staging, and overall jobsite organization.
• Facilitate on-site subcontractor meetings and assist in resolving field execution issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and update short-term work schedules and look-ahead plans.
