Qualifications

• 8+ years building data platform implementations on cloud data warehouses.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with Databricks (SQL, Python, DLT, Unity Catalog).
• Advanced SQL and Python; production-quality data pipelines.
• Relational and lakehouse data modeling; Customer 360 focus.
• Strong client-facing communication; leading multi-phase delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements and client workshops to shape data platform scope.
• Own architecture, feasibility, and risk decisions; validate with Solutions Architects.
• Deliver complex Databricks-driven data transformation programs with quality and governance.
• Mentor engineers; develop reusable architectures and accelerators for delivery.
• Engage in thought leadership, playbooks, and best-practice documentation.
