The Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, based in New York, seeks a Database Manager to oversee Salesforce donor data, gift processing, and fundraising operations. You will build dashboards and analytics to guide strategy while ensuring data integrity and coordinating with Finance.

The role requires 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising operations, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and a commitment to working on-site in our Upper East Side office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising operations or CRM/database management.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, dashboards, gift processing, data integrity).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience supervising staff or managing data entry teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professional discretion.
• Commitment to working fully on-site in our Upper East Side office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high‑volume fundraising operations (mail, donation entry, acknowledgments).

The Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, a nationally recognized leader funding groundbreaking Alzheimer’s research, is seeking a Database Manager to oversee and elevate our Salesforce donor database and fundraising operations.

This role is ideal for a detail‑driven, mission‑aligned professional who thrives in a structured, in‑person environment and enjoys transforming data into strategy that drives fundraising success.

What You’ll Do
