Job Description

Utilize SQL to mine and analyze data. Occasional testing of new applications to test functionality with companion applications.

• Responds to user requests for system help
• Identifies causes of user problems and potential solutions
• Enters problems information into an automated issue tracking system
• Corrects pended encounters either directly, or through working directly with vendors
• Runs scheduled production jobs
• Test new production releases
• Maintains Production Job Schedule
• Prepares statistical reports on help desk utilization
• Preparing, analyzing and reconciling reports
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Access
• Researching and problem solving report discrepancies; performs other duties as assigned
• Database Systems/Database Tools
• SQL Server 2008 R2 Advanced 3 years
• Basic T-SQL skills Advanced 3 years
• QA/Testing - Approaches, Applications
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written
• College degree
• MS Office: Excel, Access, Word and Outlook Advanced 5 years
• Proven Analytical skills, ability to research and problem solve Advanced 5 years
