Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Data Engineer for an onsite role in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in database administration and data engineering, building data pipelines and supporting reporting and analytics initiatives.

Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, Python, ETL processes, data replication, and reporting tools is preferred. Prior work with AWS RDS, Snowflake, CRM platforms, AI coding agents, and cloud-based data environments is a plus.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in database administration and data engineering, with a background in managing production databases, building data pipelines, and supporting reporting and analytics initiatives. Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, Python, ETL processes, data replication, and reporting tools is wanted, and prior work with AWS RDS, Snowflake, CRM platforms, AI coding agents, and cloud-based data environments is preferred.
